The Heart O' The Hills Water Association (HoHWA) is a 501(c)(12) non-profit corporation that provides safe, fresh water by operating and maintaining a well and a water distribution system that serves member households in the Lake Dawn community of Port Angeles, Washington.  Membership is restricted to property owners with a connection to the HoHWA water system. There is a Board of Directors comprising members who are elected to oversee the operation and maintenance of the water system in compliance with state and federal laws.
